Grounded in the idea that the Syrian people, regardless of their location, background or connections have a moral obligation to support the revolution and the development of a new Syria.

• Provide to the Syrian expat community a national framework for collective action

• Connect all individuals, organizations and networks working towards a free and democratic Syria

• Act as a mouthpiece for the democratic aspirations of those within Syria
